Neighbour Buddy is a campaign targeted towards the Scarborough and Markham community to help residents understand and prepare for extreme weather emergencies. It allows households from each city to become each other’s emergency contacts. Sharing resources blurs the line between the two cities, resulting in a stronger community network.
